To book an appointment, you can either:
We provide evening and weekend appointments outside of our normal opening hours. These can be booked by the surgery or by calling 111.
Extended access appointments may be at a different location.
To register with EMIS you need to fill in a form that you can get from the surgery.
When you come to the surgery bring proof of identity, for example a passport or driving licence.

When you order a prescription online, you can have your prescription sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.
You need to be at least 13 years old.
You’ll need your NHS login. If you do not have one, you’ll be asked to set one up.
