You can use our online form to request a repeat prescription you can also order your repeat prescription via your Patient Access, EMIS or NHS App Accounts.
To register with EMIS you need to fill in a form that you can get from the surgery.
When you come to the surgery bring proof of identity, for example a passport or driving licence.
