This video explains how a coil (IUD or IUS) is removed.
An Intrauterine device (IUD) or Intrauterine System (IUS) – also known as ‘the coil’ – is a small T shaped plastic device that’s put into your womb by a doctor or nurse. They are the most effective forms of Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC).
